Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
- Provide accurate information about insurance products and services offered by the agency
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain detailed and organized client records
- Collaborate with agents and team members to resolve client inquiries and issues
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling client information
- Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a related field, is a plus
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
